Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt

1 cup milk or milk alternative

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1-inch knob of ginger, or 1 teaspoon dried

Optional: sprinkle of turmeric and a crack of black pepper
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender.
